Returns & Refunds
We strive to make returns, exchanges, and refunds extremely easy. As always communication is key. Once delivered, wheels should be immediately inspected for damage and to ensure the correct wheels were delivered. Before mounting, please inspect that the correct finish was the one delivered.
If you change your mind for whatever reason, please contact us. The customer has 7 days from the point of delivery to start the return process. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed past 30 days of purchase.
Once the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. The customer will be liable for the cost of shipping. Please use the original packaging. Wheels received with unreported damages will not be accepted.
If a wheel has already been mounted or installed on a car, we cannot accept the wheel. This wheel is no longer considered as original condition. As such, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.
If we shipped out an incorrect wheel, please contact us immediately. An incorrect wheel is the wrong size, wrong finish, or completely different wheel than what was ordered. We will cover the return shipping for the wheel and will ship out a replacement as soon as the original wheel is delivered to our warehouse. We will also cover the shipping for the new wheel.
If you would like an exchange for a different wheel for any other reason, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. The customer will be liable for the cost of shipping. Customer will receive a refund if the new wheel costs less than the old one and will be liable for the difference if the new wheel costs more.
You will be issued a refund or credit within 48 hours of the company receiving the wheel. If you choose a refund, you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment.
